In fact, the addition of flatbreads has been a great change to the menus around certain counter service locations – this one included. At one time, the best you could hope for was a burger of lesser than desired quality. The flatbreads, however, are actually very good and come in a decent size. For those on the meal plan, I recommend ordering a few different pizzas and sharing among people. For example, with my wife and 5 kids included, we have 7 meals to use at one setting. If we use only 3 of those to order flatbreads, all 7 people can eat a good and filling meal, and the other 4 can be saved for later in the day. My favorite is the Caprese Flatbread. I also recommend the Blue Raspberry Slush to drink. You can get Coke anywhere in the park, but this is a treat that is unique only to few locations – so take advantage of the specialty when you can.
All meals are under $10, and drinks run from $3 - $5 each. For those who are cost conscious, here is another tip. Just as I mentioned sharing the flatbreads to feed multiple people, you can lower cost by ordering tap water. Ice water is FREE at all dining locations. So, to feed a family of 7 (if not on the meal plan), I have the option of spending close to $100 for 7 flatbreads or sandwiches and individual colas to drink; or I can spend roughly $30 to feed everyone and drink water. I don’t know about you, but I know what we pick during the times we aren’t using the meal plan!
