Since that time, however, the more I’ve grown to appreciate the inclusion of various hats throughout the parks. Hats are interesting items. Not only can they serve to provide shade from the sun, or shelter from the rain, they can actually change your mood and personality. And when the hats consist of everything from cowboy hats, to mouse ears, those moods and personalities can be quite entertaining.
This was something I noticed while watching other guests in the parks. Whether they wore Goofy ears or mouse ears, they seemed to act differently with them on their heads. I then decided to test my theory on my own kids. Without telling them what to do, I simply asked them to try on a few hats – and started taking pictures. The proof could be seen instantly, and I present the evidence to you for review.
If you want to experience WDW in new ways, try putting on a new personality, or changing your mood with the very hat you are wearing at the moment. Likewise, spend time watching others in the parks – notice how they act and try to determine if it is due to the hat he or she is wearing.
Good luck – and great times!
